SenseScape X Microsoft Garage

SenseScape is a hybrid exhibition and conference centered on the theme Beyond Boundaries: Artifacts of the Future, the event invited designers, artists, and innovators to reimagine human interaction in the sensory world. Developed as my RISD undergraduate senior thesis, I pitched the concept to Microsoft and established the collaboration

( ROLE ) Creative Direction, Curation

( FORMAT) Hybrid Exhibition + Conference

( SCALE ) 300+ participants, 150+ submissions, 25 Exhibitors, 4 Panels,  participants

( YEAR ) 2025 · NYC

( VISUAL IDENTITY ) Artifacts of the future: The relic visual language merges stone-like forms with technological textures, suggesting artifacts discovered from a future archive. Inspired by the Voyager Golden Record sent into space, the campaign frames SenseScape as a collective act of sending new artifacts into the archive of the future. Deliverables include the Web based page, campaign video, graphic posters, and artist posts.

( Curation ) Led a curation team to organize the exhibition into two sections: a printed long scroll presenting project setups, and a station with digital devices and screens displaying interactive works. Featured 25 artists.

( EVENT )
Exhibited works and panels were organized across three tracks: Beyond Boundaries, Beyond Space, and Beyond Senses. Four panel talks explored the intersection of art, technology, and design.

( IMMERSIVE WEB )
Launched on the day of the event, the virtual gallery serves as a living archive of SenseScape. I created three virtual spaces representing the three tracks and collaborated with a coder to bring the site to life.
